Dare to DAIR!

Check out this picture from Serena’s dream sequence – where after five seasons, Serena has realised she’s still in love with Dan - only probably is he’s now her step-brother and he’s in love with Blair – that’s not stopping her from pretending to be in a fake/real relationship and spreading the word to help Blair (but is she really helping B or just being her selfish self again – I’ll pick the latter, as you can see in the photo below).

Dan is finally over his step sister (that’s how it was meant to be!) and is in love Blair, who is also his best friend. I still can’t believe some chair fans can’t see their chemistry and think they are BLIND! I mean come on! REALLY? If they want to be like that fine, I’ll just talk to the DAIR shippers out there, I know there are a few, and say how much I hope to see a DAIR kiss soon. Who’s with me?

Why wasn’t Dorota bridesmaid? I love Cyrus. Hugo Becker looks handsome albeit suspicious – maybe he’s waiting for Chuck or Dan to object? (I’m sure several Dair and Chair fans can agree on obejecting – especially to the abysmal writing we’ve had to endure half this season!).

I think Serena and Carter Baizen… are endgame not Derena! What do you think?

I mean seriously, look how cute they are!

And Nenny will always be my favourite couple.

In fact – I think their biggest mistake was letting Taylor Momsen go.

It was even more hilarious when Eric – Connor Paolo left them to start a new series, ironically called Revenge.

As for who is Blair going to end up with? I’m shipping Dair, but thinking it will probably be Chair – considering the writer’s lack of bravery – they skipped over Blair’s miscarriage, screwed over chair, and now dair, made Serena fall in love with Dan after several failed attempts, the story lines have so many plot holes it is any wonder it was approved. Comparing S1 to now is laughable. The only good thing to come out of this season is Monkey and Chuck’s relationship, the brief Duck scene, Dan admitting he loves B, and Ivy kissing Nate. Frankly I’m not the only fan that is horrified that it’s still not axed.

I wish people would STOP HATING ON PENN BADGELY AND DAN HUMPRHEY!!! Awesome Actor, Selfless character.

What will save the show in my eyes: more relationships but not just LOVERS like Chair or Dair -

parents: Rufus/Lily, Cyrus/Eleanor

kids/parents: Chuck/Lily, Dan/Rufus – more Jenny/Dan (be advenureous writers – did Dan tell his sister he loves blair? what’s her reaction). Blair/Elanor/Cyrus/Dorota.

Friendships: Blair/Dan, Dan/Nate, Nate/Chuck, Serena/Blair, JENNY/BLAIR – if only this was still possible. Nate/Blair!!

Individual growth! – all characters, starting with Blair. Dan. Louis. Chuck.

Better storylines – get emotional – there are so many issues that were skipped over this season – we want to be shown not told.

Will there be a season 6 – or should the writer’s just quit and leave it to the fans? That is the question.
